• Complete Handling of Membership Eligibility Issues
• Assistance with Employee Questions about their benefits
• Claims Resolution - If an employee has any questions pertaining to their medical claims, we will assist in answering those questions. We will aid the employee in claim resolution and claim appeals.

• COBRA Administration - We will process all COBRA letters and answer any employee questions concerning COBRA.
